Volunteer/Service Opportunities
·        Student Volunteers and Interns: A number of students from local colleges and universities come to CHAPS to fulfill internships, complete work study hours, or volunteer their time.  Responsibilities include helping with administrative work and assisting with Drop-in-Center, Housing Solutions, and Journey Center daily activities.  Students who complete service time at CHAPS gain a better perspective on mental illness, housing and related issues, and learn more about the dynamics of a non-profit agency.

·        Individual and Group Volunteer Opportunities: There are opportunities for both individuals and groups to provide assistance to CHAPS in a number of ways.  These may be ongoing or one-time service projects.  Approved volunteers would plan their service based on their skills and what support is needed.
