In-Home & Community Supports
The In-Home and Community Supports Program provides one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes and the community. Goals are established based on participant references, skills, and areas of need, then addressed with support from staff. Services consist of support with communication, socialization, healthy living, connecting to mental and physical health professionals, and independent living skills. The ultimate goal of In-Home and Community Supports is for individuals to live fulfilling lives in the community, while maintaining the highest level of independence possible.
