Pathfinders

Pathfinders is a site-based psychiatric rehabilitation program for youth. This program serves individuals between the ages of 15 to 17, who reside in Crawford County and experience mental health or emotional concerns.  The Pathfinders program supports youth to bridge the gap between the child and adult service systems.  Participants are empowered to share their individual strengths and talents while building self-advocacy and wellness skills.  Pathfinders offers youth the opportunity to build independent-living skills, explore continuing education opportunities, develop employment skills, and practice cooking/meal planning skills in a community of mutual support and encouragement.  Services are delivered in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive environment.
